Again... payout structure is just plain strange....

i take top3 rewards over #4 - #50 rewards all day every day. You might not get what you need every time, but you'll get so much more gear in the long run (including full crafts).
There's always atleast 1 guildy who gets a full craft while ranking outside of the top3, but it isn't always the same guildy.
