No. They didn't. They just made her not as good as Rey. Which is true with pretty much everyone else as well.

She's excellent in GW. She's excellent in Jedi challenges (Yoda, Mod Challenges, etc.). She is very good in arena when paired with JKA although not quite as good as she was when she was reworked and got a huge opening speed boost. She's still viable if not OP which is more than you can say about 50% of the toons in this game.
