All raids sim

My guild is 150M+. We have guys who can solo the whole raid, and they enjoy doing it because it’s fun, and not always a guarantee, but they’d be lucky to hit 15M in HSR. All of us have 7* GK, most have DT, though only a couple of us at 7*. Only 2 of us can hit 50M+ in HSR. If either were able to be simmed, there would be enormous pressure from the ‘lazier’ members to just sim it so they could get better rewards with less effort, being a dis-incentive to work at the game to a point where most can do things easily. Yes, we could choose to not sim it and create friction in the guild, and why? So someone too lazy to hit auto can get a quicker way out. No thanks.
