Allow officers to change chat banner

We nearly had our Leader hand over the reigns because he can't be on to change it that often. We convinced him to stay around but this could be a great fix.

I agree with worldwide membership we need to have officers be allowed to change the. Banner sonthat guilds can alter direction to those in different timezones

Maybe they can make a TB-only banner that officers could change. It would show at the top of the TB map.
Would definitely be a great help in directing the guild!

Nope unnecessary what direction u can't get from in game chat just control issues and yes I'm a officer.

Think they just posted in updates they’re doing this, will make TB much easier!
