Anniversary Reward?

I'm asking this for my little brother, I got mine fine, but he hasn't received his 4th anniversary rewards, anyone know why not? He is level 76 and started playing like 4 months ago.. Idk if that would affect anything? I don't see why it should tho, but any help here would be hot. Haha. Thanks.

    I started an alt recently and its level 27....
    I got the anniversary bonus fine

    My buddy just started playing this month and said he only got some credits. He’s already spent $40 or so. I feel bad getting him addicted to this game. But he has 3 Mandalorian tattoos so he can handle it. ;)

    Sounds always fake when people say they ask stuff for their little brother but maybe is true
