Any advice for rescuing account after switching from android to apple

Not having any luck logging back into the game. My swgoh is tied into my gmail account, but that isn’t an option for logging into the game. It asks for Facebook or goes immediately to my Apple ID account…I’ve tried to create a separate Apple ID with my gmail but that also didn’t work, tried to create a Facebook with gmail also but again that’s come up as a dead end. Is there anyone I can reach for account recovery? Or does anyone have any other suggestions? I’m trying to save my 6,7M GP account, just unlocked JMK and was working towards Executor unlock

  • You need access to both platforms to do the switch. If you no longer have an Android phone to log in with, download an emulator (like BlueStacks or Nox) and use it for the switch.
  • Just to update and probably close this thread, rescued the account, had to have a guildmate log in for me. Totally weird experience, went through EA help, received mixed messages from help staff via email vs what i was told through live chat assistance. Email response said all i needed to provide was my current ally codes since i was unable to log in and retrieve my player id number. When i received this email it said all they needed was my final confirmation since the new account (and any purchases would be lost).
So went to live chat on EA help just expecting to give confirmation and have my account switched. The guy kept me on chat for 50min before he finally said he couldnt do anything and i needed my player id number.
So i was able to get a guildmate to log in for me the last day of ls geo tb and retrieve the player id. Then on Monday it still took them over an hour to switch accounts on live chat even though i had both player id numbers.
So for the tl/dr crew store your player id number on the cloud or google drive.
