Any hints as to when jawa engineer drops and where?

I cannot wait to farm this little guy, and wondering if there is ANY news or insight as to when we might get him, and where he will be. Anyone wanna give me some delicious info?

to those that think it will be game breaking, the whole team is based on aoe, so it can easily be beaten by a team of counter attackers, but obviously we wont know until its available
