Any hints as to when jawa engineer drops and where?
I cannot wait to farm this little guy, and wondering if there is ANY news or insight as to when we might get him, and where he will be. Anyone wanna give me some delicious info?

Nope. He gains 10% for each Jawa/droid ally. That's a difference
