Anybody else noticed this broken ability of Endurance Capital Ship?

Fortune Favours The Bold ability of the Endurance capital ship is not working properly. The cooldown of the ability is suppose to reduce by 1 for each enemy hit (main target + target locked enemies...

Video proof and all. Maybe Monday when CG returns to work it will get looked at.
