Anyone having a similar issue ?

I have plenty of credits , and lots of slicing material , there’s a red icon on the mod I want to slice , I click the slice button and it says insufficient credits. Similar issue is I sim 5 battles with full energy , and it says I don’t have energy or sim tickets. Which is obviously wrong. Who doesn’t have sim tickets.
