Anyway to find the email linked to my account, Cant log in with facebook.

I Lost access to my account and hadnt noticed we cannot log in with facebook anymore. I have my Player ID still but without the EA connect login i cannot connect to it. Everybody has a high dollar account, but this would be a shame to lose it because of a removed feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
