I'm curious... what do you think the word holiday means ?

A holiday is a day that a group of people have chosen to celebrate something.

A federal holiday is a holiday that is observed by so many people in the country that the government has declared it to be a holiday celebrated by the whole country.

I mean, there are 3 different nationalities that have posted awareness of the holiday, but you are going to try to say it isn't widespread enough to be a holiday despite having read the thread?
