I think there is a very vocal minority peeved about not getting JTR who post on every thread saying she isn't that good.
Or, just maybe, people don't run her with the right teams, they have bad RNG or...I know, crazy - they might simply have a different opinion. But your conspiracy theory that everyone who doesn't agree with you must have an ulterior motive is good too. ;)
I still think the more important question is "Will this get you Rey?" if the answer is No, then dont bother, you have around six months to farm them. If "the pack will get me Rey!" then that's a different story.
