Arena mods

I know mod management has been said to be on the to do list for the devs, and this isn't intended as a catch all suggestion to that. Is there a way to make a change and have the arena mods locked in on your arena team, i.e. territory wars?

Running sith in arena, enjoying that. Sith in the raid, not so much, even with 120+ spd. My guild is on the cusp of completing heroic, and a change along those lines of protecting arena mods would go a long way to making manually swapping mods a little bit more palitable.
