Argument for bonus rewards based on damage

Anyway, we are talking about a guild event and not personal effort: it should be the guild vs the raid and not guildmates against each other.
Exactly! I completely agree. It's a team effort. Individual score should be irrelevant. Only ranks should matter. It looks like we finally agreed. :—)
