How did i get these rewards?

One of my guild mates got a "When you participated in this raid, you exceeded the number of allow raids, as a result you are not eligible for rewards from this raid".

No no, not the cap, he's no where near the cap, but the actual raid rewards told him "No, you've raided too much" even tho he has done the same as the rest of the guild

Somebody in our guild had the same message not sure if they got the rewards or not , guess its tied to the fact we are only meant to have 5 attempts but raid lets you do 5/day

This just happened to me:
When you participated in this raid, you exceeded the number of allow raids, as a result you are not eligible for rewards from this raid

Do not click Claim, do not collect rewards, go directly to Jail

I got this same message, didn't get any rewards
