What about people that spent 20 zeta and will get half of their investment gone... (Cause let's be honest, if that's the case bariss won't last more than a few rounds and then she looses her value)
At least offer possibility for those that zetaed her to get back the 20 zeta and 13 omega to reinvest in her if they still deam her skill to have enough value after your fix, or invest in others they think are more interesting post this change.
No zeta ability has been nerfed yet and if you go that way, you will
1) create mistrust and have angry people
2) penalize on a very hard to get resource a decent amount of people
So handle this correctly or don't change anything is really my feedback here.
If you change zeta abilities , make people have the choice to cancel their investment...

I agree. If she must be nerfed unequipping her zeta and refunding the materials should be the minimum. If that's not possible, ten zetas will take off the sting.
That said, having used barris and having fought against her I actually find her quite balanced so long as you bring heal immunity or shock into the equation which you have to do for chirrut anyway. This is a zeta ability so adding the words ( survives death ) would not be out of bounds.
