Basic Training Event - Resistance

Hi,
First I just wanted to say that I am enjoying these basic training as it helps to refresh and better understand over squad strength.

Said so, I just completed practice for resistance that should have opened the chapter to complete overall training for resistance. When I completed the practice, I got that message as next quest but the quest never got uploaded.

Can you help me with this?
