BB-9E Kit Concept (SLKR Lifter)

ABILITIES:
BASIC: Shock Prod
FINAL TEXT: Deal Special Damage to target enemy and inflict Shock for 2 turns. If the target was already inflicted with Shock, Stun them for 1 turn.
SPECIAL 1: Threat Detected (Cooldown: 3) (Zeta)
FINAL TEXT: Dispel all debuffs on BB-9E and target other First Order or Droid ally and swap Turn Meter with them. Grant the target ally Advantage, Offense Up, and Defense Penetration Up for 2 turns. BB-9E and the target ally are called to assist, dealing 20% less damage.
SPECIAL 2: Smoke Show (Cooldown: 4) (Omicron)
FINAL TEXT: Inflict Target Lock on the target enemy for 2 turns, and inflict Accuracy Down, Offense Down, and Defense Down on all enemies for 2 turns. All First Order and Droid allies gain Advantage for 2 turns.
While in Territory Wars:
For each Target Locked enemy, remove 10% Turn Meter from all enemies inflicted with Target Lock, which can’t be evaded or resisted.
UNIQUE 1: Stakeout (Zeta, Omicron)
FINAL TEXT: BB-9E has +80% Counter Chance. At the start of each encounter, inflict Target Lock on the weakest enemy for 2 turns, which can’t be evaded or resisted. Whenever an enemy with Target Lock takes a turn, inflict Target Lock on the weakest enemy who doesn’t already have it for 2 turns, which can’t be evaded or resisted. First Order and Droid allies can ignore Taunt to target enemies with Target Lock.
Enemies inflicted with Target Lock have -10% Speed (excluding Raid Bosses and Galactic Legends).
While in Territory Wars:
Enemies regain Target Lock for 2 turns whenever Target Lock expires on them.
UNIQUE 2: Despicable Droid (Zeta, Omicron)
FINAL TEXT: Allies can't gain bonus Turn Meter. First Order allies have +30% Max Health and Protection. Whenever a First Order ally gains Advantage, they also recover 10% Protection. Whenever a First Order ally deals damage to an enemy without scoring a critical hit, they gain 25% Offense (stacking, limited to once per turn per unit) until the next time they score a critical hit.
While in Territory Wars:
First Order and Droid allies gain an additional 30% Max Health and Protection and +30% Offense.
