The helmets that were added in on top aren't in the design of the game, which is why they don't look so shiny compared to the regular clone sergeant helmet. They'd be put into the same art style as the game if they were actually added, the ones for Echo and Fives are straight from the TCW series so the animation is slightly different.

And those are their ARC trooper helmets, prior to that they didn't really have any distinguishable marks on their helmets. Plus the versions we have in game are after they've been promoted to ARC troopers so it would make sense to have their ARC trooper styled helmets.
