I plan to run an all Rebel fleet someday... (well atleast until we get a Resistance capital ship!)
Wasn't Gar Saxon and ISC released before those freaking phoenix ships?
No. Rise Together marquee event started 4/13. Elite Combat marquee event started 4/20.
They said it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a new character to be added to shard shop. Gar Saxon and ISC were released over two months ago.
