No. Rise Together marquee event started 4/13. Elite Combat marquee event started 4/20.

They said it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a new character to be added to shard shop. Gar Saxon and ISC were released over two months ago.

They also said that they're still working on the timing. And they can't just skip over the PS ships. So expect the PS ships to be there for a few weeks before making way for GS and ISC.

I don't want Phoenix ships either! I want TIE Reaper shards for a ship that has sat at 3* on my bench since it was released. I would like Kylo Ren's ship shards!
