So I'm guessing the delay in the Drevan release was to tweak the HSTR. Almost all teams are doing 35% less damage. DN annihilate no longer affects Sion. Han Solo no longer counters Trayas sabres and many other under the radar changes. Sneaky CG.

I just countered Traya's sabres with Han 1 hour after the update. Interesting.I'm also doubting the backup for that 35% damage difference.

I'm not doubting that there might be a glitch that needs to be fixed. I doubt that there was an intentional tweak though.

Han has 35% counter chance from his unique and 50% counter chance from CLS leadership. However, a dazed character doesn't counter anything at all.

I believe this is where you should seek your explanation and not in some speculation about stealth changes.

I don't think it's just HSTR. I tried Annihilate on P3 of the Tank last night and the big droid took no damage from any use of it. I don't think it's an intentional change, something has glitched somewhere.
