Biggs Bug

So, I don´t know if anybody is getting this with his ship, but I´m not gaining his protection with a new target lock all the time, sometimes it randomly just doesn´t give it! Is it part of the ski...

There is a bug where Biggs will not gain taunt or protection when Target Lock is applied on a reinforcement. It only works on the starting five ships.
