Biggs Darklighter - classification and overall stats

I gave biggs some love for the event and I think ea/cg should give him some more love, too.

He is classified as a supporter, but he doesn't have any support abilities at all. However, his dmg, which is quite mediocre, justifies this classification. :p

I think he should either get a skill rework or a dmg/speed buff coming along with a classification as attacker.
