Shhh dont tell anyone.... but If you do the trick with Home-One where you bring him in as a Reinforcement with advantage for his first turn his Basic should critical and gain target lock straight away causing him to taunt and take some of the heat off your other ships mid battle.
Yet I found attempting this the other day he would critical hit with his basic yet his Taunt would not trigger, I since enhanced up his ship another level today and it seems to be working and triggering just fine??? wonder if its a bug tied to ship level or something but thats just me wildly guessing trying to make sense of it
His potency is decent, but his tenacity is higher, so if you're hitting the opposing Biggs (one I've seen this happen most), the target lock is resisted.
But that has nothing to do with the OP's problem, which is a very real bug in the game.
