Bought the bad batch the bundle, but it gave me crystals

This comment may not help your case. But i literally was about to buy the BB bundle on my PC. Reset the game and then it was gone. So they may have taken it out of the store on purpose. And may get you credit back.. I hope you get your money back or at least the bundle. Sorry this happen to you dude.
