Kozi clearly said That there would be help for us to farm these toons and also subtly acknowledged a poster's question about packs and double drops with a gif. My bad on taking that actual response from a dev as a bonafide yes.
I guess I'm just bad at reading things as I didn't see we needed OB months ago.
