Buff/rework Rose: unavoidable shock and potency stacking
Please consider buffing Rose:

- her special "Shock Prod Strike" should also apply Shock, like Kuiil's, make it unavoidable in addition to what it's doing now
- also pleas add something like Mission's Now You See Me's either to this same special or a new ability: "when an enemy resists, Rose gains +20% potency (stacking), until she inflicts Stun and Shock"
