Bug in Rey ultimate event preventing acquisition of Ultimate ability

Hi, on my account (ally code: 226-716-968) I have completed the GL Rey event fully, however, one of my ultimate material battle attempts crashed, resulting in the attempt counting, but the ultimate material not being received. Due to this, I am unable to earn any more ultimate materials, locking me at 9, and hence rendering me unable to get GL Rey’s ultimate. I was wondering if any of the devs could help correct this issue? I have attached some pictures as proof
