Bundles not showing up on webstore?

I have a level 85 account but the only bundles and offers that appear on my webstore are the free daily ones and bundles that cost crystals. Is there some kind of setting that blocks bundles for actu...

I don't see any Lightspeed bundles on the "mobile" apps. I can see (2) though if I login on my Laptop. Window's.
