Buying a pack and not loading it into the game

Today I bought three speed bundles of characters for the game, and the transaction for these three bundles has already been charged and I received a purchase confirmation in my email. Unfortunately, only two bundles loaded into the game and the Mandalorian Lightspeed did not load. Could I ask for advice on how to get this undelivered bundle into the game?
