Easy fix, leave it alone. It's one phase in one raid. Finn's zeta has been around for what? Two years now? You built a character in C3P0 with Resistance synergy knowing full well what Finn's leader ability is. Surely any testing at all would have shown these loops that can be created in the raids with him.
