Can someone help me upload pictures?

I think I found a bug in the store... so I took a picture of it, but I cannot figure out how to upload pictures.  Can someone help me?  Any help would be appreciated!  God bless. - GodIsOnTheMove

As a side note, I am on mobile... though, if you only know the PC answer, that would work as well.  I have both... I just prefer mobile.
