I may be wrong but....
Every chapter has a feat that opens 24hrs after the other, every other chapter is 7 days after the first. Point out where it says you have x amount of time to complete the feat for any chapter. It seems to be an ongoing feat during the 28 day episode.
The episode track has 22 days left (at my timing) so it will mean you can feats from week 1 to week 4 to complete so on next GC you will achieve it.
It's a chapter quest and the chapter ends in 2d 19 hours
