Cantina energy claimed disappearing?
I collect the 3 energy refreshes while at work at 12pm central when they drop. They all show up as added extra energy.
Fast forward to when I get home and login I then start my playtime. The last 2 days when logging in after work my cantina energy is back at it's normal full level with the excess I claimed gone.
The first I thought maybe I didn't hit the claim button on the cantina energy and just missed it. Mistakes do happen. Today though I made sure that all energies were collected and showing up on my energy levels.
Then I get home and once again cantina is back to regular with the claimed energy gone. This is a first time for me and literally just started happening to the point where I started paying close attention.
I'm not sure if it's a bug or a network issue where my phone is showing collected but when info is sent to server maybe it's not showing as collected. I could go with this except the claimed mood and regular energy is showing up just fine when I log in later.
I have messaged support but I know how lackluster the support can be in this game. Is there anyone else that have had the same issues happening I would like to know.
