Do you play mobile? The person in the video you saw was probably on the pc client, which usually has special discounts.
I play on my laptop (Windows 11). Further to this I watched a video from "Nooch2gud" posted 3 days ago. In the video there is a discussion on the merits of Lightspeed bundles. The card shop he displays contains several bundles that are not showing up on my web client or in game.
