You are likely right, but the difference is, that LSGTB is just absurdly hard, this raid is as well AND one mistake can ruin everything. For the entire guild. That is a first.
I agree with you, it’s just CG doesn’t listen to the community. LSGTB is a prime example of this.
LSTB is fine now.
Admittedly that’s 1 year after release, which doesn’t bode well for the Challenge Pit.
LSGTB is not fine now. Content that can’t be 100% completed a year after release is a failure. We should have had both GTB’s mastered by now with a new TB being announced last month and playable right now that is stupid hard.
Lack of content is one of the main complaints of this game. This is one of the reasons that I don’t think that CG is focused on this game anymore. It’s in “minimal work until the profits run dry” Problem is that too many people keep spending, so it’s gives them little motivation to deliver fresh content routinely.
This year is a prime example of this mindset. Extremely little new content released, low amount of new toons, yet the money keeps rolling in. So I believe that 2021 will be no different. We will get this new “conquest” mode, which sounds fun, some new toons and ships sprinkled in and nothing else new until at least July/August 2021. That is when they will release the new raid, and nothing again until December 2021 where we could get a new TB.
Of course I could be way off base, and I hope I am, but the writing is on the wall.
