Challence Tier Rancor - The design flaw to end all design flaws

Vi are a 290m GP guild trying the Challenge tier Rancor raid. We are likely a bit too weak to beat it yet, but we were trying, having fun and would likely get stuck somewhere in phase 3. Which is fine...
