When will Levi shard pack be visible at the Shop?

Not sure why you can't find the pack. Have you tried to use the find flow?

Yes. Searched the flow, restarted my phone, deinstalled and reinstalled the game. No shards in the shop and nothing in the flow.

What will happen if they cannot fix it? Do we have to wait another 31 days? 

Is there the possibility to just add 50 Leviathan shards to my account and subtract the 6250 crystals in exchange?
