Change arena payout time
I don't know why we can't pick our payout. Every other part of the game I can do anytime I want with same results. But arena I'm forced to do at 6pm and it is the most important area of the game

I like where this suggestion is going, but I think this is preferable: your rank for payout is the highest position you attained throughout the day.
