It's bugged because they don't care about quality.  It's bugged because they have no respect for players and release everything, even if it's broken.

Glad I didn't spend money on anything to do with this episode since CG continues to disrespect players by releasing crap that doesn't work over and over.

Put the gamers back in charge CG, the accountants suck at running the game.

I've encountered something similar problem. It might be worth reporting it to the game developers, so they can investigate further. Hopefully, they are responsive and release a patch if it's indeed a bug.
