I get what you’re saying. I disagree that they didn’t give a specific time/date. Further in the first post, it says:
After listening to feedback and collecting player data, it’s clear that our efforts to make the distribution of these faction-defining characters special - by having them farmable exclusively behind recurring events has caused confusion on how marquee characters are released. In the future, we will be working harder to preserve the integrity of the Character Release Cadence, by ensuring that characters released via marquee events cycle through the game in a more standardized fashion, within clearly defined periods of time. Characters released via Territory Battles, legendary events, Hero’s Journeys, and other special occasions will continue to have a more unique and challenging farming schedule.
Add the quotes together and it essentially states, ‘Our bad on this confusing and contradictory idea. They’re in the shop now and are in the correct cadence, as well as future characters released in this fashion.’
This is obviously my personal interpretation of something stated by the devs...I understand that, which is why I respectfully asked in this manner for clarification. There are tons of us (in)patiently waiting for these characters to be in farmable locations; Especially with the Sith Triumvirate raid and the seemingly important status of Night Sisters in this raid.
