Um, yes. That the victory count is shared, not the rewards. It means you have two "victories" available. As soon as you succeed in any tier, that count goes to one across all tiers. Succeed again and that count goes down to zero...across all tiers.

Anyone who applied a little logic to the situation should have been able to figure that out regardless. With 50 members in a guild, shared rewards could potentially mean 1000 shards for every member of that guild. That's ludicrous! And also, as soon as you beat a tier, you received rewards...which should have been a pretty big tip-off.
