Chaze Breaks Tactical Part of Game - Don't Nerf, but Let's Learn some Lessons

The empire meta and resistance meta are going to be a lot more painful. When you are guaranteed to lose to an identical team that has 1 higher speed, you will wish for the good old days of the Chaze meta. Mark it.
