Community ManagerI have reported a certain individual for blatant cheating several times. That person is still in game cheating. So no you people do not take this seriously! Why is that person still allowed to cheat? Well cheaters don't get punished so they keep cheating away. It is truly a sad state for this game.
My understanding is they use the cheaters reported to figure out how to auto identify in the future then do huge ban waves. Could be wrong but there historically is "waves" of multiple people coming to the forum to try get sympathy for their banned account at the same time.
Yeah, it is clear that EA does absolutely nothing about cheaters. I keep getting matched against cheaters in the Grand Arena and even had one laugh at me saying I didn't stand a chance and EA won't do anything about him. He still messages me telling me see, nothing. He admitted to cheating and after months of reporting him I have just stopped.
This is false - there are regular threads, many of which were created very recently - from cheaters who have been banned and are trying in vain to have their accounts unbanned.
CG have put in some auto-banning algorithm for coliseum, but otherwise it’s still mainly player reporting largely through the TCAC discord that is effective in removing cheaters. What’s the allycode of the player in question?
