How am I supposed to report a cheater if I cant see his ally-code in game? He is in my fleet arena so his ally-code is hidden and he is still in a starter guild so I cant search for him either.

I had the same issue so I just put his name and (Cannot see Ally code) in that Field.

If you are reporting someone in your arena/fleet arena they should be able to find them.
