I’m reaching out regarding a permanent ban on my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account.
My username is VornakShadow’s and my Ally Code is 646-968-298.
I know I made a big mistake by using an exploit in Grand Arena. I fully understand that what I did was against the rules and it affected other players’ experience. I’m not here to deny it or make excuses — only to say that I deeply regret it.
I’ve spent years building this account with time, passion, and love for the game. It was part of my daily life, and this ban hit me harder than I expected. I realize now that I risked everything for nothing, and I would never do it again.
I’m kindly asking for a second chance. Even if it comes with penalties, restrictions, or a watchlist, I would gladly accept anything just to be allowed back.
Please consider my appeal. I’m truly sorry.

Hey man, I'm sorry for your pain but I can say with absolute confidence they will never reinstate you. I made a case in a couple different ways through posts here and in DMs in the past. I had an account get banned before this new banned process was made and I talked to EA about getting the appeal not realizing it needed to be CG, all and all no one has ever responded in any single way other than an EA rep apology for the confusion.
