Cheating and Appeals Process

Hello everyone My in game name was Syn and my Game Center name is Mr Mayhem94 on iPhone I was max level I was banned for cheating in the Coliseum even though I was not playing and have never cheated or used mods I do not have my ally code anymore so I gave EA all the info I could but my ban appeal cases were closed automatically with no email or explanation I believe this was a false positive or error I am hoping someone here maybe a forum mod or developer can point me in the right direction or help my case get reviewed by the correct team Thank you for any help
