Well, in mi case my old account was "banned for cheating in the coliseum" about a month ago.

I have never cheated in an online game in my entire live. But of course, the appeal was ignored and I have zero replies and zero information of what happened to the appeal.

It's disgraceful that a few years old account is lost to their incompetent useless coding
